Kronecker is an AUv3-compatible synthesizer with a rhythm machine-like mechanism. Without relying on sequencers or arpeggiators, it triggers rhythmic tones each time a key is pressed, allowing you to control both timing and sound. Kronecker enables more creative expression and is a tool designed for exploring sound and phrase creation simultaneously.

If you have already purchased this App on your iOS device, you can download it to your Apple Silicon Mac for free as long as you use the same Apple ID as your iOS device.

The App Store may display an app that should have been purchased as if it has not been purchased.

  • This product does not support MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression).
  • This product is not intended for accurately reproducing the sound of acoustic instruments or other synthesizers. It has been developed with a focus on creating the sound of this synthesizer itself.

Features

Synthesizer Engine

Kronecker is a synthesizer with a mechanism to make sounds many times like a rhythm machine each time you press a keyboard.

In addition to synchronizing the trigger speed to the tempo, you can gradually increase the speed or slow it down after pressing the key. This makes it possible to produce synthesizer sounds like bouncing balls and clockwork toys.

Kronecker has four emitters that emit sound particles made from FM tones and noise. At the emitter you can specify at what timing the sound particles will be triggered. You can also add effects such as the pitch and tone of particles gradually changing.

Particles emitted by the emitter can be processed with two resonators, and you can reproduce sounds like particles jumping on strings and pipes.

You can share your presets with other users. You can add presets created by other users to your preset library using the iOS Share Extension feature.

Kronecker can be installed on Macs with Apple silicon, but not on Macs with Intel CPUs. You can plug in host apps that support AUv3, such as Logic Pro, Garage Band, and Ableton Live.

Multiple layout UIs that are resizable and optimized for different screen sizes

Audio Unit Extension (AUv3)

This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. You can use this AUv3 Plug-In in a host application that supports AUv3. Other plug-in formats are not supported.
