Compatibility

This product is primarily developed and tested using Apple operating systems and AUv3 host applications that are current at the time of release or update.

Mac
Supports macOS 12 to macOS 26.
  • This product is compatible with Macs with Apple silicon CPUs. It does not support Macs with Intel CPUs.
  • This product supports AUv3 only, not AUv2.
iPad
Supports iPadOS 12 to iPadOS 26.
iPhone
Supports iOS 12 to iOS 26.

With a single purchase, you can use it on Apple Silicon Mac, iPad, and iPhone without any limit on the number of installed devices.

Free update installable on Apple Silicon Mac

If you have already purchased this App on your iOS device, you can download it to your Apple Silicon Mac for free as long as you use the same Apple ID as your iOS device.

The App Store may display an app that should have been purchased as if it has not been purchased.

  • ⚠️ When setting parameters, be aware that loud sounds can be generated. Particular attention should be paid to feedback parameters and volume parameters.
  • The factory presets included with this product are limited in number and contain only basic content intended for feature evaluation and as starting points for sound design. They are not provided as a complete sound library intended for finished music production.
  • This product supports only the AUv3 plug-in format; Other plug-in formats are not supported. It can be used with AUv3-compatible DAWs.
  • In Ableton Live, AUv3 plugin windows cannot be resized like in Apple’s Logic or GarageBand.
  • This product can be installed and used on multiple devices, including Apple Silicon Mac, iPad, and iPhone, with a single purchase, as long as the same Apple ID is used for each device via the App Store. There is no limit to the number of devices on which the product can be installed.
  • At the time of release or update, this product is tested with the Apple OS versions and host applications available at that time. Each step of the gate is synchronized to the beat of the DAW, and has different volume, PAN, filter, LFO, and envelope parameters. The steps can be tied together to create longer gates, and Koshiba includes a filtered delay that allows you to set a different amount of FX sends for each step.

MIDI Controller Mapping

The knobs on the screen can be assigned to MIDI controllers.

Preset sharing

You can share your presets with other users. You can add presets created by other users to your preset library using the iOS Share Extension feature.

Audio Unit Extension (AUv3)

This product supports only AUv3 plug-in format. You can use this AUv3 Plug-In in a host application that supports AUv3. Other plug-in formats are not supported.
