Criteria for Providing Promotion Codes

In response to feedback from general users expressing concerns that the provision of promotion codes may be perceived as unfair, I have decided to clearly define and publicly disclose the criteria for providing promotion codes in order to maintain fairness and transparency.

Promotion codes will be offered only to influencers or other qualifying individuals or organizations that meet these clearly stated criteria.

As a general principle, promotion codes are provided solely for evaluation purposes, and I have discontinued providing them for any other purposes, such as giveaways or prize campaigns.

Conditions for Offering

Promotion codes for my apps are provided only to media or creators, including individuals or organizations with a certain level of influence, or to developers of music-related software or hardware who wish to evaluate compatibility with my apps. I do not request or expect any form of compensation or consideration in exchange for providing a promotion code.

Eligible Recipients

Eligible recipients are individuals or organizations that have been actively and continuously engaged in their activities for at least three months. In addition, they must possess a certain level of influence.

The following are examples of eligible recipients, which include but are not limited to influencers. Eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on an overall assessment, and even if a recipient appears to fall into one of these examples, I may determine that they do not meet the criteria if there is insufficient objective evidence to support their qualifications.

• A YouTuber with 1,000 or more channel subscribers who has uploaded at least one video per month for the past three months.
• A print publication with a circulation of 1,000 or more copies that has published at least one issue per month for the past three months.
• A web media outlet with 1,000 or more monthly active users that has published at least one article per month for the past three months.
• Developers of music-related software or hardware who wish to evaluate compatibility with my apps

Purpose of Use

• The code may be used for evaluation purposes only.
• Please note that promotion codes are strictly for your personal use and may not be transferred or redistributed to any third party.
• Promotion codes are no longer provided for giveaway purposes, as such campaigns may be perceived by third parties as unfair.

Limit on Number of Codes Provided

• Individuals: Up to one code per app
• Organizations: Up to five codes per app

Changes to Criteria

Please note that these criteria are subject to change at my discretion at any time.

• Type of media used for your activities (e.g., YouTube, web media, print magazines).
• A URL where the above information can be confirmed
• Documentation or information that objectively demonstrates that the eligibility criteria have been met continuously over the past three months.
• The name of the product for which you are requesting a promotion code
• For organizations, the number of codes requested
